Teaming with partners in Colliers National Self Storage Group, my primary focus is helping clients with the acquisition or disposition of self storage facilities. However, given my extensive valuation experience across most real estate classes (office, retail, industrial, special purpose, etc.), I have the expertise to market and sell most other property types as well.
In 1992, I started my career working on the valuation side of the business completing real estate valuation and consulting services on properties throughout Northeast Ohio for Davis, Ferguson & Associates (a family owned commercial and industrial real estate valuation business started in 1981). I was owner and President of Davis, Ferguson & Associates from 2007-2017 before joining Colliers Capital Markets Group.
Overall, my unique background and in-depth analytic skills have served me well within the industry enabling me to accurately measure how assets are viewed by today’s investment market.
